Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

When you need a DPA

If you use FeedOptimizer.AI only for your own store, you are the controller of your own data and you generally do not need a DPA with us. As soon as you check or optimize feeds on behalf of clients, you are processing data for which your client is the controller. Under Art. 28 GDPR that requires a data processing agreement between you and every provider you use for it, including us.

The agreement

Our DPA is provided in its legally reviewed German version, covering subject matter and duration, the categories of data, technical and organizational measures, the subprocessors we use, deletion and audit rights, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2) for third-country transfers.

Request countersignature

Send us a short email with your company name, address, contact person and the email address of your account. We will send back the signed agreement as a PDF. If your company uses its own DPA template, send it along and we will review it.
