No. Your price only moves when you change your band or add-ons yourself. On an upgrade, we bill the difference pro rata from the day you switch; after that you are back on a fixed amount. There are no usage-based charges and no automatic price increases.

All prices are net prices and do not include sales tax or VAT. Our services are offered to business customers only. For business customers in the EU, the UK and Switzerland a valid VAT ID is required to purchase: checkout asks for it. The reverse charge mechanism then applies, you account for VAT yourself, and your invoice carries the corresponding note.

You can register for one free of charge, and in most countries without giving up your small business status. In Germany this is handled by the Federal Central Tax Office, in Austria by the tax office, in Switzerland via the UID number. It usually takes a few days. Without the number we cannot treat you as a business customer for tax purposes, which is why checkout requires it.
