Aggregate across every product we scored through July 23, 2026. These are feeds from merchants who actively chose to optimize, so not a representative cross-section of the market.
No sales call. No PDF two weeks after the intro meeting.
Most feed audits are a form, a calendar invite, and a week of waiting. Ours runs on your real product data while you watch.
Versus agency audits
There: a meeting, a questionnaire, a PDF one or two weeks later. Here: connect Google, pick a feed, read the report.
Versus what Merchant Center gives you
Merchant Center tells you what got disapproved. We score content quality per product, including the products Google approved long ago.
Versus enterprise feed platforms
Feedonomics, FeedOps and friends start with a sales process and an onboarding project. Here you click once.
To be clear: the feed check scores content quality. For formal disapprovals, the diagnostics view inside your Merchant Center is still the right place to look.
Four steps, zero setup
Connect your Google account
One click. No password with us, no access to your store.
Account sync
We pull the products in your Merchant Center. This runs at account level, not just the feed you want to check.
Pick a feed
You decide which of your feeds gets scored.
Report
Grade, score per product, six quality components, and your three biggest problem areas.
No CSV upload. No configuration. Up to roughly 2,000 products your report is ready in a few minutes. Larger accounts take longer to sync, so you can close the tab and we will email you once your report is ready.
What the feed check measures
Six components, weighted into one score from 0 to 100. For every single product.
Title
Length, brand, color, material, size. The strongest CTR lever a feed has.
Description
Is there enough text for Google to understand what you sell? Full points require 600 characters or more.
Attributes
Color, material, size, gender, age group. Without them you drop out of filters and out of specific searches.
Product details
Structured extra information Google reads to judge how relevant your ad is.
Product highlights
The bullet points that make your selling arguments visible in the first place.
Google product category
Wrong or too generic means your product shows up in the wrong searches.
Plus: contradictions between fields
We also check for inconsistencies, for example a size in the title that does not match the attribute you set. These are the cases Google quietly serves less, without disapproving the product.
Why Google is about to say "manage"
Google offers exactly one permission scope for Merchant Center. There is no read-only mode. That is why the consent screen says "manage your product listings and accounts for Google Shopping" even though we only read during the feed check.
What we do
- We read your product data and calculate the scores from it.
- We only write once you approve individual optimizations in the Workbench.
What we do not do
- We never change your primary feed. Optimizations go into a separate supplemental feed alongside it.
- We do not share your data and we do not sell it.
Your primary feed
Stays as it is. We never write into it.
Supplemental feed
Sits alongside and holds only the optimizations you approved.
You can revoke access at any time in your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that we cannot reach anything.

FeedOptimizer.AI boosted one of my client's CTR from 1.4% to 2.6% within two weeks, without touching a single bid strategy. The AI understands search intent at a level I've never seen from rule-based tools. It's now a mandatory setup for every new Shopping client.

We manage over 10,000 active SKUs. Manual feed optimization was a blind spot for years, too time-consuming to properly tackle. With FeedOptimizer.AI, we optimized the entire catalog in less than an hour. Our ROAS improved by 34% in the first month, click costs dropped by 18%. The value compared to enterprise solutions is simply unbeatable.

I built the feed check because I was tired of audits that take two weeks and end in an opinion. Here you get a number per product and you see which field is dragging it down. What you do with that is up to you.

The feed check for your next client pitch
Numbers instead of opinions. Connect your client's Merchant Center, pull the report, and bring the print version into the meeting.
- Print-ready report straight from the browser, no extra tool and no export workflow.
- Multiple Merchant Centers under one login. You choose which one gets checked each time.
- Data processing agreement available on request. Request a DPA
What happens after the report
You read your report. If you want, you optimize the 200 weakest products for free, review every change in the Workbench, and upload them to Google. If it works, you scale.
Fair and without fine print: the 200 free optimizations are a one-time total allowance, not a monthly credit.
See pricingCommon questions about the feed check
Up to roughly 2,000 products it takes a few minutes. The sync runs at Merchant Center level and not just on the feed you picked, so the duration depends on the size of the whole account. Very large accounts can take half an hour. You can close the tab and we will email you once the report is ready.
No. We connect through Google Merchant Center. How your products get there does not matter for the check.
Nothing, and no credit card is required. On the free plan you can then optimize 200 products. That is a one-time total allowance, not a monthly credit.
Because Google does not offer a read-only permission for Merchant Center. During the feed check we only read. We write only once you approve an optimization, and then exclusively into a separate supplemental feed.
Any time, at myaccount.google.com/permissions in your Google account. On request we also delete the product data stored with us, and you can delete your account and its data yourself from inside the app.
It is stored in our database in the EU (Frankfurt) so we can calculate the scores. For AI optimization we send product text to Google's Gemini API, and that processing does not necessarily happen in the EU. Details are on the security page and in the privacy policy.
No. The check only reads. Only when you approve an optimization later do we write, and then into a separate supplemental feed.
That works. After login you see the Merchant Centers under your Google account and pick which one to check. We provide a data processing agreement on request.
